Sending a payment to HVFT PA

For Americans:

• Preferred Method: Transfer via Venmo: @HVFT-Freestyle

• Alternative Method: Check payable to HVFT PA Inc. (Provide check directly to the acting Treasurer)

For Canadians:

• Check payable to: HVFT PA Inc. (In USD funds)

• Provide check directly to the acting Treasurer (Venmo not available to Canadians)

Receiving a payment from HVFT PA

For Americans:

• Preferred Method: Transfer via Venmo

  • Recipient information will need to be provided to the acting Treasurer.

• Alternative Method : A check will be generated and mailed directly from HFVT PA’s banking institution.

  • Recipient information will need to be provided to the acting Treasurer.

  • Please note that checks are mailed directly from the bank and may take several business days to arrive.

For Canadians:

• A check will be provided directly. (Venmo not available to Canadians)

• Checks will be payable in USD funds.

***Note that all expenses related HVFT and HVFT PA activities (including all Committee activities and respective Coaches expenses) are to be paid directly by HFVT PA. All expense-related activity is to be reviewed and approved by HVFT PA prior to incurring the expense.
